My personal spice pantry has caraway seeds. I bake my own bread, and caraway seeds have to be in it. I love caraway bread served as my morning toast, especially when the previous night I’ve had Akvavit (water of life), a Scandinavian beverage distilled from grains or potatoes flavored with caraway seeds. I just can’t get enough.
