Australian Pink Salt Flakes
Harvested from the Murray River and fed by water coming from the snowy
Australian Alps, these delicate pink salt flakes will add extraordinary
zest to roasts or savory dishes. I also like to sprinkle it as a
finishing salt on desserts such as wattle seed crème brûlée and fresh
summer fruits.
Comes in our signature glass bottle, which measures 2-1/2 inches in
diameter and 2-3/4 inches in height. Salt weights 1.5oz.
