Hawaiian Red Alaea Salt
Savored for centuries in Hawaii, the Alaea Red Salt comes from Molokai.
The terra cotta tinge comes from the volcanic clay that runs into the sea. This salt is mellower and
higher in trace minerals than many sea salts. Use as a finishing salt or in rubs for roasted meats,
fish or chicken. Great with chowders, beans and Asian noodles.
Comes in our signature glass bottle, which measures 2-1/2 inches in diameter and 2-3/4 inches in height.
