Matcha Green Tea Dipping Sauce
Serves: 1
Perfect dipping sauce for your appetizers, like tempura, chicken fingers or vegetable dips.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Nirmala's Kitchen Japanese Matcha
2 tablespoons warm milk
8 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons yogurt
Directions:
In a small bowl mix the matcha with warm milk until it's smooth.
Whisk in the mayonnaise and yogurt until smooth; chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
