Indonesian White peppercorns
To get our white pepper, the mature red berries are handpicked and put to soak in water for days until the outer
red membrane is cleansed away. The gray color berries are let in the sun to dry for several days until they become
grayish-white.
Our white pepper berries can be used in many South Asian dishes and are not as hot as black pepper. The French savor
it in creamy sauces because of its subtle flavors and discreet hue. As a note, our Indonesian white pepper is the very
best white pepper-of course, we wouldn't carry anything else.
Comes in our signature airtight tin, which measures 2-1/2 inches in diameter and 1-3/4 inches in height.
