Myanmar, the land of Pagodas was formerly known as Burma. It lies in the Bay of Bengal, with Thailand, China and India
as its neighbors, all of which incorporates a mélange of cuisines. However Burmese food is milder, smother and more
diverse than other Southeast Asian cuisines.
The Alleppey Turmeric makes up the heart of our exotic Myanmar blend-warm, lemony and slightly sweet. Our blends are
the base for two popular meals "Ohn-No-Khaukswe" (noodles with "coconut curry" and "Mohingar"
(Noodle soup)) eaten as breakfast which is essentially the national dish of Myanmar.
