Zanzibar Cheromula
Our Zanzibar Cheromula is an exotic fusion of cumin and cayenne. It's
perfect for creating an herb butter for spreading over grilled corn,
lobster, shrimp or even octopus! Mix our cheromula blend with cumin
seeds into hummus or sour cream for a wonderful dip. Try stirring one
tablespoon of Zanzibar Chermoula into a cup of plain yogurt and spread
over both sides of four tuna steaks; then bake or grill. Comes in our
signature airtight tin, which measures 2-1/2 inches in diameter and 1-3/4
inches in height.
