Japanese Wasabi Dipping Sauce
Makes approx. ½ cup Ingredients: ½ cup mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. Nirmala’s Kitchen Wasabi Powder ½ tsp. fresh grated ginger ½ tsp. sugar ¼ tsp. salt Directions: In a blender, add all ingredients and blend well. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Japanese Matcha Green Tea Smoothie
Serves 1 Ingredients: 1 cup skim, whole or soy milk 2 Tbsp. Nirmala’s Kitchen Matcha Green Tea Powder 1 large ripe banana ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1 Tbsp. Agave or honey 6 ice cubes Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
