Makes approx. ¾ cup
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. Nirmala’s Kitchen Matcha green tea powder
- 2 Tbsp. warm milk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup low-fat yogurt
- ½ tsp. Nirmala’s Kitchen White Peppercorn (ground in pepper mill)
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix the matcha with warm milk until it’s smooth.
Whisk in the mayonnaise, yogurt and ground white pepper until smooth; chill it in the refrigerator until it’s ready to serve.
